What mix of skills and characteristics do employers require when recruiting new graduates?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have launched our graduate recruitment survey! You can access the survey here<\/a><\/p>\n

Have you been involved with graduate recruitment in the last 3 years? We are interested in understanding how employers recruit for graduate roles and what technical and soft skills graduates need in a modern and post-pandemic labour market. You can help by filling in our survey which will take around 10-15 minutes and sharing our survey widely.
