Student Journey

We welcome students from a wide range of backgrounds. AI-INTERVENE aims to train up future leaders and be AI Ambassadors in the environmental sciences and beyond.

An example student journey is given below. In this example, a student undertakes a first degree in finance folowed by a Masters in conservation. On entry to the AI-INTERVENE PhD programme a CASE studentship is awarded with a placement at WWF. During the PhD the student undertakes their research project study in Fiji. Following graduation their first job is working at Forest Research. After several years the graduate takes up the role of head of encvironmental monitoring at WWF.
