The hosting universities (Readng, UCL) hold Athena Swan Silver charter awards and all STEM Schools also maintain Athena Swan Silver\/Bronze awards. UoR and UCL hold Bronze Race Equality Charter awards and have dedicated senior management roles in Diversity\/Equity &amp; Inclusion.
