On Tuesday 11th<\/sup> August the AnDY Team held an informal event focusing on how we involve children and young people who have been affected by anxiety or depression and their parents in research.\u00a0 The evening included fun, interactive activities for the whole family to get involved with and share their views.\u00a0 The event provided the AnDY team with practical information on potential barriers to participation, what parents and young people would like research to focus on, and what it means to them.\u00a0 The youngest children who attended also worked with members of the team to create a colourful story book based on their thoughts about managing worries. We will upload a copy of the story book to this site soon.<\/p>\n
