SUMMARY:Climate and Finance Conference (Internal)
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce a half-day conference on climate and finance to be held at the ICMA Centre – Henley Business School on Thursday 5th October 2023 from 9am to 1pm. The aim of this event is to bring together UoR researchers in the area of climate change and finance to foster the development of joint research activities. \nThe conference will include two plenary sessions and a panel discussion. Speakers will present in person. Participants can attend in person or online. \nWe invite submissions of papers on any topic related to climate and finance\, such as: \n\nClimate risk and disclosure\nGreen bonds and sustainable investing\nCarbon pricing and emissions trading\nClimate policy and regulation\nClimate innovation and entrepreneurship\nPhysical risk\, climate adaptation and resilience\nClimate change\, finance and development\n\nThe deadline for paper submission is 15th August 2023. Please send your papers to a.venturini@pgr.reading.ac.uk with the subject line “Climate and Finance Conference”.
