More information can be found on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pandasonline.org\/\">NeuroBears website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to expect<br \/>\n<\/strong>Both programmes begin with an introductory meeting with you, your child, and two trained postgraduate psychology students from the University of Reading. This is followed by up to seven sessions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NeuroBears sessions last around 30\u201360 minutes,<\/li>\n<li>NeuroBears Cubs sessions last between 15\u201330 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In each session, you and your child will watch one or two short videos and then chat about how the topics relate to your child\u2019s own experiences. There\u2019s also a workbook to jot down thoughts and ideas if you\u2019d like.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re not sure which course suits your child best, our team will help you decide at the first meeting.
