They have two children and a husband who are all neurodivergent. Nic is the director of PANDAS Online and the creator of the NeuroBears, a course for autistic young people which is sold and licensed internationally. She is involved in various research projects and delivers training and consultancy in person and online to and for all ages, professions, and people. Nic passionately believes that through training and understanding, we create ripples of knowledge that spread and improve the outcomes for neurodivergent people, and that education, acceptance, and personal development are intrinsic to creating safe spaces for everyone to develop within.<\/div>\n<p><strong>The Centre for Autism Wellbeing Hub<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Wellbeing Hub is a new initiative, funded by University of Reading Alumni.
