The Beckett International Foundation held the 2017 Beckett Research Seminar on Saturday 20 May, 10am-4pm. The event was held in the Conference Room of Special Collections, University of Reading, the Museum of English Rural Life, Redlands Road, Reading.<\/p>\n

As in previous years, our speakers represent a mixture of research students as well as established local and international scholars, reflecting current research into Beckett's work. They were Anthony Roche<\/strong> (University College Dublin), Everett Frost<\/strong> (New York University, emeritus), Matthew McFrederick<\/strong> (University of Reading), Emilie Morin<\/strong> (University of York) and\u00a0Jean-Michel Gouvard <\/strong>(Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux).<\/p>\n

The programme was as follows:<\/p>\n
