During the summer, we had a visit from world-famous musician Tinie Tempah, who came to participate in an experiment exploring the relationship between music and emotion. This research is part of the BCMI-MIdAS (Brain Computer Music Interface for Monitoring and Inducing Affective States) project currently ongoing in BEL, in collaboration with the University of Plymouth. The research was initally carried out by Dr. Ian Daly (now at the University of Essex) and will now be carried out by our newest member of staff, Dr. Nicoletta Nicolaou.
