SUMMARY:Project Workshop 1: micromorphology of castle sites
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is a meeting of the soil micromorphologists involved in the project: Rowena Banerjea (University of Reading\, UK)\, Irène Béguier (Park of Morbihan Gulf\, Brittany\, France)\, Quentin Borderie (Département d’Eure-et-Loir\, CNRS – UMR 7041 ArScAn”Archéologies Environnementales”\, France)\, Hans Huisman (Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands/ University of Groningen\, the Netherlands)\, and Cristiano Nicosia (Università di Padova\, Italy). \nThe aim of this workshop is to start developing the publication of our data and to create an online\, open access\, collection of photomicrographs of interesting residues and features under the microscope.
