The JEOL 2100Plus TEM is a multi-purpose high-resolution transmission electron microscope offering ultra-thin sample imaging (typically <100 nm) under hydrated conditions in near-native state using advanced staining artefacts, high-tilt specimen holders (±70°) for a wide range of tilt angles and reconstruction of 3D electron tomograms, acquisition of electron diffraction patterns, Gatan 626 single-tilt cryo-transfer holder for cryo-TEM and cryo-electron tomography, and imaging via integrated STEM system and BF and HAADF detectors.
