Horiba LabRAM Soleil Raman confocal microscope: This flexible and easy to use instrument is equipped with 3 laser sources at 785, 532 and 405nm allowing rapid Raman imaging and photoluminescence analysis for a variety of samples, from chemical and pharmaceutical samples, to food, archaeological and biological samples. The a spectral resolution better than 0.5 cm-1 can be achieved with our set of gratings. The instrument has a selection of different objectives allowing spatial resolution down to a micron, and confocal measurements with 2.5 micron depth resolution.
The instrument is fitted with a cooled UV near infrared enhanced CCD array detector.
