{"id":1020,"date":"2017-09-15T11:48:38","date_gmt":"2017-09-15T11:48:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/christoslab.wordpress.com\/?p=1020"},"modified":"2021-12-14T13:09:52","modified_gmt":"2021-12-14T13:09:52","slug":"call-for-papers-workshop-on-fmri-and-language-processing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/research.reading.ac.uk\/christos-lab\/call-for-papers-workshop-on-fmri-and-language-processing\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for papers: Workshop on fMRI and language processing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reading.ac.uk\/celm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre for Literacy and Multilingualism (CeLM)<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reading.ac.uk\/cinn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre for Integrative Neuroscience and Neurodynamics (CINN)<\/a>\u00a0at the University of Reading are now inviting submissions for a day workshop titled:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cfMRI and language processing: State of the art and future directions\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This<strong> free<\/strong> event will take place on the 13th of December 2017. The event will look into contemporary approaches in the study of language processing with the use of functional MRI and related techniques. It will bring together early career and established researchers and will comprise a state-of-the-art snapshot in the field, as well help discuss and unveil potential future directions for research.<\/p>\n<p>We invite submissions from researchers working in all fields of mono- and bilingual language processing with fMRI.
