In it, they&#8217;ll explore the dark side of the future of work &#8211; as well as shining a light on how to stay economically relevant while retaining our sanity in the modern workplace.<\/p>\n<p>One of the speaker\u2019s at this year\u2019s conference is the director of CINN, Professor Doug Saddy, who will be talking about the Augmented Human. In his talk, Professor Saddy will discuss how the trend for augmenting ourselves and our performance will increase, and what that will mean for work. He will ask questions such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What pressures may arise via augmentation?<\/li>\n<li>How far will companies go to improve performance?<\/li>\n<li>What kinds of augmentations are on the near horizon?<\/li>\n<li>How might they change the way we view work or our expectations of the work force?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tech augmented staff.
