My PhD dissertation focused on Mindfulness Experiences of University Staff in New Zealand, investigating how mindfulness practices and experiences can help university staff in their work life in terms of their wellbeing and performance.<br \/>\nCurrently, I serve as a lecturer in organisational behaviour at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.
