Gracias se\u00f1ora presidenta.<\/p>\n
El CELS, la Asociaci\u00f3n Pro Derechos Humanos Bolivia, la Red Andina de Informaci\u00f3n y CETIM, recuerdan que m\u00e1s de siete meses pasaron desde la forzada renuncia de Evo Morales y las masacres de Sacaba y Senkata en Bolivia.
\nJeanine A\u00f1ez, apoyada por las Fuerzas Armadas y la polic\u00eda, tom\u00f3 el poder y mediante el decreto supremo 4078 eximi\u00f3 de responsabilidades a las fuerzas armadas por el ejercicio de la violencia, dando lugar a una sangrienta represi\u00f3n con un saldo de 27 personas asesinadas, de los cuales el 100 por ciento de ellas fallecieron con disparos en sus \u00f3rganos vitales.<\/p>\n
En Sacaba, se evidencia de que los disparos fueron con balas de calibre militar, sin embargo, no fueron considerados como pruebas bal\u00edsticas oficiales, lo que hasta el d\u00eda de hoy no hay ninguna persona identificada con probabilidad de autor\u00eda.<\/p>\n
En Senkata, pasaron seis meses de etapa de investigaci\u00f3n previstos en la normativa penal y el ministerio p\u00fablico no arroj\u00f3 ning\u00fan resultado para establecer la verdad hist\u00f3rica de los hechos.<\/p>\n
Las promesas de apoyo humanitario a las v\u00edctimas por parte de las autoridades de gobierno hasta la fecha no se concretaron por lo que las victimas se encuentran en total desamparo.<\/p>\n
Ante la ausencia de legitimidad estatal, acudimos a este Consejo y a esta Relator\u00eda para pedir prioridad para la situaci\u00f3n de Bolivia en funci\u00f3n de los comicios electorales del 6 de septiembre y las vulneraciones persistentes a los derechos humanos en estos 7 meses.
