CCR are delighted to announce funding from the Joint Academic Board (JAB), a combined Board involving the University of Reading and the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, for work on the understanding of chronic pain and patient outcomes from psychological interventions. We will be running a pilot project looking at how patients attending the Royal Berkshire Hospital’s Pain Management Unit are thinking about their pain prior to treatment and the extent to which this may influence their experience of treatment.
