Modern Studies in Commercial Law originated from the idea to establish a research platform of commercial lawyers to disseminate the findings of projects, scholarly views and academic outputs. The purpose of this platform is to bring together scholars, practitioners and policymakers in order to develop an interdisciplinary approach in broad areas of commercial law. This would stimulate debate over the recent legal and regulatory developments in the field.<\/p>\n
