Our research team is committed to working together in a friendly and inclusive way where everyone’s work is equally valued. Our community researchers work part-time hours to suit their lives, and are paid the Reading living wage. Training will be provided and no previous experience or formal qualifications are needed – just enthusiasm for working for the community.
Whitley also has its own action groups with parents, teachers, young people and other community members joining forces to bring about the changes they want to see in their community. More volunteers are always welcome.
