Poste Italiane is Italy’s largest service provider and has the most employees of any company in the country. It has been, an important partner to Italian families and businesses for over 150 years, has succeeded in keeping pace with changing times and innovating without compromising its values. It provides post and logistics services and is among the main players in the financial services and insurance market in Italy.<\/p>\n

Poste Italiane has a network of nearly 13,000 post offices \u2013 unparalleled in Italy in terms of its size and reach – and its 30,000 delivery personnel make it a key component of Italian society. The strength of our network allows us to serve local communities and offers equal opportunities to all Italians: its 30 million customers (individuals, companies and the government) with a wide range of simple, transparent, easy-to-use and innovative services are designed to improve the lives of citizens and make companies more competitive.<\/p>\n

Poste Italiane is the eIDAS compliant National Digital Identity Provider (SPID) of Italy and has established a CERT which is responsible for maintaining IT and Information.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n

POSTEIT will contribute to the integration of the digital identity within the authentication module, testing and validation of the project solution, definition of end-user requirements for privacy, security and dash-boarding as well as specification of target threat scenarios for evaluation and compilation of best practice deployment recommendations.<\/p>\n
