Thank you to Geography Directions<\/strong> for publishing my blog post<\/a>. In ‘Flying futures: Engaging the views of children and young people on everyday life and futures with drones<\/a>‘, I reflect on the focus of existing research exploring the public perception of drones. I argue for the need to explore how children and young people understand drones and their thoughts on how we might use and live with these technologies in the future, and link to my recently launched project in collaboration with the Royal Geographical Society, which responds to this.
