79th in the world in Business and Economics subjects: THE World University Rankings for 2024 just out!

The University of Reading is ranked at 79 in the world in Business and Economics subjects, according to the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings by Subject 2024. Released on 25 October 2023, the top 100 placement for Business and Economics represents a rise of more than 20 places from the 2023 rankings. It would seem to put us at 10^th position in the UK.

Professor Robert Van de Noort, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Reading, said: “To be considered in the top 100 institutions globally for Business and Economics shows the excellent research, teaching and reputation of those subjects within Henley Business School and the wider University.” The same link shows how we (plus the HBS) compare with other parts of the University.
