The Department of Economics is hosting the 4th Accommodating Diversity in the Workplace Conference at the University of Reading, UK on 8th-9th June 2026<\/strong>.\u00a0 This follows on from the successful 1st Accommodating Diversity in the Workplace.<\/a>\u00a02nd Accommodating Diversity in the Workplace <\/a>\u00a0and 3rd Accommodating Diversity\u00a0 in the Workplace<\/a> conferences.<\/p>\n

This interdisciplinary conference is aimed at academics, practitioners, employers and anyone interested in issues of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and their implications for workplace practice. We invite submissions on any aspect of diversity in the workplace that have practical implications for workplace practices.\u00a0\u00a0We welcome submissions from any field.<\/p>\n

SUBMIT ABSTRACT<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The submission deadline is midnight (GMT+1) Monday March 30th 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is no conference registration fee and lunch and refreshments will be provided for those attending in person.<\/p>\n
