Dr. Jones\u2019 blog post highlights that while many schools have policies, research suggests many teachers are not fully aware of school policy and say do not know how to respond when they witness an incident or when an incident is reported to them. Some teachers may even inadvertently perpetuate the gender stereotypes at the root of sexist behaviour.
