Written with Meggie Copsey-Blake (a research assistant on the project and a first-year PhD in Education student), <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.1007\/s10763-022-10337-8\">the paper<\/a> <\/strong>uses three years of qualitative data to explore the identity development and belonging of three minority ethnic women, from the start to the end of their STEM undergraduate degrees.<\/p>\n<p>The experiences and trajectories of \u2018Nancy\u2019, \u2018Carol\u2019 and \u2018Mawiya\u2019 are discussed, highlighting their pathways in STEM higher education as being pragmatic, persistent or precarious.
