What is the project about?\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The project delivers leadership development to women in Higher Education in Ukraine. Our research explores how to strengthen women\u2019s leadership and career development in Ukrainian higher education. We use a mix of research methods, collaboration, and sector engagement to create evidence that informs real change.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who is running the project?\u00a0<\/strong> <\/span><\/h3>\n

The project is a collaboration between the University of Reading and the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine. The PI is Professor Sarah Cardy<\/a><\/u>, School of Agriculture, UoR, \u00a0Co-I\u2019s – Dr Karen Jones<\/a><\/u>, IOE, UoR, Professor Yuliia\u00a0Nehoda, Director of the Scientific and Educational Institute of Lifelong Learning, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Dr. Oleksandr Labenko, Vice-Rector for Internationalisation at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
