It is an excellent opportunity for border experts to meet in an independent environment to discuss border developments.<\/p>\n<p>Key themes include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EES, eIDAS, ETIAS and other regulations<\/li>\n<li>Digital Travel Credentials (DTC) for seamless travel \u2013 pilots, implementations and future needs<\/li>\n<li>Interoperability at the border \u2013 needs and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Privacy and data sharing \u2013 opportunities and challenges<\/li>\n<li>Securing biometrics from attacks \u2013 testing, standards and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Migration and movement of people \u2013 how can biometrics help<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prof. James Ferryman (CERTH, Greece) and Dr. Georgios Stavropoulos (University of Reading, UK) will present the project on behalf of the EINSTEIN consortium.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EINSTEIN has been invited to present at the Biometrics Institute ID@Borders and Future of Travel Conference\u00a0 which is taking place in Heksinki between 18-19 April.
