• Rosalind Fallaize is a Research Fellow in the Hugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition, and Associate Professor in Research at University of Hertfordshire
• Faustina Hwang is Professor of Interactive Systems Design in the Biomedical Engineering Section, School of Biological Sciences
• Eve Kelly is a PhD Student in the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences, School of Chemistry, Food and Pharmacy
• Julie Lovegrove is Professor of Human Nutrition and Director of the Hugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition in the Department of Food and Nutrition Sciences.
• Michelle Weech is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences, School of Chemistry, Food and Pharmacy

The Hugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition is internationally recognised for research excellence on the relationship between diet and chronic diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes. The Biomedical Engineering Section, part of the School of Biological Sciences, is internationally recognised for research excellence in the design of technologies to promote health and wellness.
