{"id":896,"date":"2019-07-09T14:32:59","date_gmt":"2019-07-09T13:32:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/35.193.178.118\/?page_id=221"},"modified":"2019-10-24T13:05:51","modified_gmt":"2019-10-24T12:05:51","slug":"fcdr-case-studies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/research.reading.ac.uk\/fiduceo\/fcdrs\/fcdr-case-studies\/","title":{"rendered":"Case Studies"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>The FIDUCEO FCDRS span the three major wavelength domains of passive Earth Observation:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>reflectance wavelengths (VIS)<\/li>\r\n<li>infra- red (IR) and<\/li>\r\n<li>microwave (MW).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>For each sensor type, uncertainty is analysed based on an instrument calibration model; while the details differ between sensors, the principles can be considered general.<\/p>\r\n<p>The FCDRs addressed are SSM-T2\/ AMSU-B\/ MHS, MVIRI, HIRS and AVHRR.
