Her role combines advanced analytical work with strategic leadership and engagement. She measures dietary markers from urine and hair samples using LC-MS, UHPLC, ICP-MS, IRMS, and QTOF-MS. She coordinates multi-site research activities across Reading, Plymouth, Brighton & Hove, and Tower Hamlets, manages collaborations with multidisciplinary teams, and adapts communication for diverse audiences. A key focus of her role is disseminating the project’s findings to academic peers, stakeholders, and community groups, ensuring evidence informs practice and policy.
