Dr Raluca Briazu is a Research Fellow in applied behavioural science. Her research interests fall broadly within the areas of social cognition and behavioural economics. In her previous work, she used mixed-methods experimental approaches to study topics such as deception and morality as well as risk-taking.\u00a0\u00a0More recently, has been particularly interested in the reciprocal interaction between the person, environment and behaviour in relation to food choice.
