Welcome"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"423\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><strong data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"423\">Welcome to Just Neighbourhoods?<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<h3 data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"489\"><strong data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"489\">Understanding under-representation in neighbourhood scale planning<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"787\">Neighbourhood scale planning has the potential to help neighbourhoods shape the places they live, from the built environment to local green spaces.
