\"\"In February 2024 we held our first project advisory group meeting, it was a great opportunity for everyone to introduce themselves and for us to provide an introduction to the project, including the aims, objectives and research design.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are delighted to have such an experienced advisory group contributing to the project.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

More detail is on the project website under<\/span> \u2018Advisory group\u2019 <\/span><\/a>and we captured everyone\u2019 happy smiley faces in the picture (consents duly sought and secured!)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We shared information about the four work packages that will be completed by April 2026:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2003- WP1 a,b,c\u00a0 (framing and scoping)\u200b and see our working papers <\/span>here<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2003- WP2 a,b,c,d\u00a0 (primary data collection and discussion)\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2003- WP3 workshops and synthesis\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2003- WP4 write-up stage plus a symposium and other dissemination activity<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the meeting we discussed the communications plan and six key audiences (and how we will reach out):<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Policy makers\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Voluntary community sector (intermediaries)\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. Research and academic communities\u200b<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            1. Underrepresented neighbourhoods across UK and NI<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              There will be a variety of activities and outputs towards the end of the project, highlights are workshops (WP3)\u200b, symposium (WP3)\u200b, a ‘living power’ toolkit\u200b and published work including papers, book and blogs.
