Expertise: Human resource management in LAC is under-researched, so I have worked and am working with colleagues from the region on that; currently working on studies of Brazilians in Portugal using post-colonial lens and examining ‘accentism’; hoping to extend that to Brazilians in Japan and research into Brazilian MNEs HRM strategies.
About me: Now mostly retired; I just do research and writing.
