Dr Jaime Lindsey presented findings from this research into medical mediation at a recent online seminar series on 6 December 2023 hosted by the UK Chapter of the International Society for Therapeutic Jurisprudence. Dr Lindsey presented some emerging findings regarding the applicability of mediation to medical treatment disputes focusing on the indicators of therapeutic justice and injustice which are developing through the empirical research. She was joined at the event by Dr Nina Hudson, who presented her research on family violence, sentencing and therapeutic jurisprudence.
