‘The relevance and value of this project for migration policy and social cohesion is huge. Insight from the Nation of Refuge research and public engagement can help shape a fair and just future refugee policy framework, ensuring lessons learned from the past inform policy of the future. <\/em><\/p>\n

I’m excited to see how the mixed methods research approach employed by the researchers can help unpick the complexity of Britain’s relationship with refugees. It’s essential that refugee voices and experiences are central, ensuring a ‘done with, not done to’ philosophy. <\/em><\/p>\n

There are many opportunities to get involved in the public engagement aspect of this work, including visiting the exhibition at Reading Museum in 2027. Be part of a project that can make a real-world societal impact.’<\/em><\/p>\n
