In May the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology (POST) published a Natural Mitigation of Flood Risk \u2018POSTnote\u2019.\u00a0 All three NFM research projects contributed.<\/p>\n

This POSTnote examines the evidence for the effectiveness of NFM at reducing flood risk, and successful governance approaches to implementing NFM measures.\u00a0 The importance of the NFM Research Programme in improving NFM understanding is highlighted.<\/p>\n
