We are holding a workshop with a Science Shop mentor, community partners and university staff \u00a0to explore developing a Reading Community Access Point\/ ‘Science Shop’ to research issues of interest to community members, led by Alice Mauchline, Lab Advisory Group member (June 2017). Alice presented her ideas about developing this at the University of Reading’s recent public engagement network meeting (See slides:\u00a0Encouraging Public engagement in research<\/a>) and we discussed taking it forward at the Lab Advisory Group meeting in April.
