{"id":779,"date":"2025-03-03T10:30:37","date_gmt":"2025-03-03T10:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/research.reading.ac.uk\/pedagogical-research-pcls\/?p=779"},"modified":"2025-07-31T17:03:12","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T16:03:12","slug":"funding-for-project-that-supports-international-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/research.reading.ac.uk\/pedagogical-research-pcls\/funding-for-project-that-supports-international-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Funding for Project that Supports International Students"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">In her university-funded Teaching and Learning Enhancement Project (TLEP), Lydia Yee works with Student Partners (Zee Ben Oun, Giovanna Lunardi Peloia, Reiowyn Ferrer, and Boyi Song) to organise activities for International Students in PCLS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">These activities create opportunities for International Students of the School to get together, make friends, and offer peer support to each other. For example, in one of the sessions, we created origami while engaging in themed discussions about wellbeing (e.g., for an origami heart, participants shared small joys that had brought them comfort and connection recently).
