PICSA was recently featured in a story for a Kenyan newspaper, Farmers.co.ke<\/a>. In it, Professor John Gathenya, an experienced PICSA expert and trainer, based at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, introduces the challenges that farmers face, associated with climate variability and climate change. He then explains how PICSA helps farmers to cope with these challenges by using climate information in a way that assists their decision-making.<\/p>\n
