On the 21st March 2019 the Rwanda Climate Services for Agriculture (RCSA)<\/a> team announced they have rolled out PICSA training to farmers in all 30 districts in Rwanda. This means PICSA has now reached more than 150,000 farmers in Rwanda, and helped them to make decisions using timely, accurate, and location-specific climate data. Initial reactions indicate that trained farmers feel more able to decide how to react in different conditions.<\/p>\n
