Activities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge exchange \u2013 working with developers, archaeological organisations, local authorities, government agencies, and academic partners to ensure that specialist expertise informs heritage management, planning and research.<\/li>\n<li>Public engagement \u2013 communicating archaeological and environmental findings through public talks, exhibitions, open days, workshops, and other outreach activities that increase understanding of the historic environment and the value of archaeological science.<\/li>\n<li>Academic impact \u2013 contributing to national and international research through collaborative projects, conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications, helping to advance knowledge in geoarchaeology and palaeoenvironmental science.<\/li>\n<li>Training and education \u2013 supporting the development of students, researchers and heritage professionals through teaching, specialist training, and the supervision of research projects, drawing on the University&#8217;s expertise and facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing best practice \u2013 promoting innovation in geoarchaeological methods, environmental archaeology and deposit modelling through collaboration, knowledge transfer and the dissemination of research findings to professional and public audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Supporting the communication and wider dissemination of archaeological and geoarchaeological research, ensuring that project findings deliver value beyond project delivery and contribute to public engagement, education and knowledge exchange.
