The University of Reading held the first Community Festival on 13 May 2023 at its Whiteknights campus. This event brought over 2,000 people from the local community and the University together. The event was a massive success with lots of excitement and interest in faba beans sprouts, bread and other faba bean products. We look forward to share our project progress and findings with our community next year.
