Ways to Wellbeing

In this collaboration between the East Berkshire Getting Help teams and researchers at the University of Reading, this project aims to examine the role of lifestyle factors, such as sleep, diet, and physical activity, in children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

Resilience Rucksacks

Our vision is that young people transitioning from primary to secondary school will receive a rucksack containing items that research has identified as beneficial for adolescents’ mental health and wellbeing.

Friends of AnDY

Through the Friends of AnDY scheme we are set to create a community where young people, families, researchers and clinicians can collaborate together to inspire sustainable and practical ways to tackle mental health challenges affecting young people.
