<\/b>Principal Investigator<\/strong><\/b><\/i><\/u><\/td>\n		Jacopo\u00a0<\/b><\/a>Torriti\u00a0<\/strong>is a Professor\u00a0of Energy Economics and Policy\u00a0in the\u00a0<\/span>School of Built Environment.\u00a0His current research focuses on policies,\u00a0<\/span>technologies and economic incentives\u00a0related to\u00a0energy demand for UK and EU smart grids.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/i><\/u><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nDr M\u00e1t\u00e9\u00a0J\u00e1nos\u00a0L\u0151rincz
\nResearcher<\/span><\/b><\/i><\/u><\/b><\/i><\/u><\/td>\n		M\u00e1t\u00e9<\/b>\u00a0L\u0151rincz\u00a0<\/strong>is a human geographer. He\u00a0completed his\u00a0\u00a0PhD Degree\u00a0‘Narrowing the gap between smart metering and everyday life; comfort, cleanliness and smart metering technologies in undergraduate students’ households’, in 2017. His\u00a0doctoral thesis explored the effect of the smart electricity display meters\u00a0on\u00a0practices-that-consume-energy in newly established student\u2019s households; from the installation process till\u00a0\u2018move out\u2019.\u00a0As part of\u00a0REDPeAK\u00a0M\u00e1t\u00e9\u00a0explores the timing, connection and coordination of electricity consuming activities in households during peak-time periods aiming to identify clusters of users whose sequence of activities might provide flexibility\u00a0for peak\u00a0shifting\u00a0intervention.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nDr Timur\u00a0Yunusov
\nResearcher<\/b><\/span><\/b><\/i><\/u><\/b><\/i><\/u><\/b><\/i><\/u><\/td>\n		Timur Yunusov <\/b>is a research assistant on the DEePRED project. He is a MathWorks certified Matlab Professional (2016), and\u00a0has acquired a PhD (2014) and MEng\u00a0(2010) from the University of Reading.\u00a0 Timur has previously worked as a post-doctoral research assistant for a Low Carbon Network Fund project, focusing on application of energy storage for managing peaks on the low voltage distribution networks in sub-urban areas. For the DEePRED project Timur is analysing activities in households during peak-time periods to identify the key contributors to peak demand with the intent to cluster consumers by their socio-demographic parameters and evaluate the impact of Time-of-Use tariffs on consumer groups.<\/i><\/u><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
