Austin\u2019s Notes for ‘How to Do Things with Words’: a Case Study for the Performative Approach to Archival Material’ from the British Academy.<\/p>\n Professor Nicholas Branch <\/strong>(Environmental Science)\u00a0<\/em>has received a grant from the British Academy to study ‘Water and Sustainable Heritage in Peru (WASH-PERU)<\/em>‘.<\/p>\n Professor Branch has also received funding to serve as a co-investigator on a project funded by the McKnight Foundation entitled ‘a<\/em>ncestral hydraulic systems for the adaptation and resilience of agroecological food systems in high Andean communities of the Cordillera Negra of Ancash, Peru, facing climate change’.<\/em><\/p>\n Dr William Cross <\/strong>(Biomedical Sciences & Biomedical Engineering)\u00a0<\/em>has received funding from the Academy of Medical Sciences for the project ‘Quantifying telomere aging as a biomarker for patient outcome across twelve common cancer types’.<\/p>\n
