This seminar series will continue\u00a0on\u00a0Tuesday 13th<\/sup>\u00a0May from 11:00 \u2013 12:00<\/i>\u00a0in Edith Morley 226 and joining us will be\u00a0Dr Maria Zachari, Deal Integration and Separation Manager at GSK.\u00a0<\/b>Maria will be speaking about her experience of transitioning from academic to industry research and within industry to a more commercial role. She can also give some insight into academia-industry engagement. Maria completed a PhD at the University of Dundee and has an MBA from the Quantic School of Business & Technology (WA, USA). What to expect<\/b><\/p>\n

All staff and students across the University very welcome! These friendly in-person\/hybrid seminars will look at the benefits of innovation from the perspectives of our speakers, many of whom started out as researchers at the University of Reading or are still here now! Speakers will talk about how their research and careers have been shaped and enriched through innovation, with time for questions and networking at the end.<\/p>\n
