Introduction to ACT Services

IT training sessions for all staff and students are run regularly to familiarise staff and students with our academic computing systems. The sessions cover a full hands on introduction to our systems and are run in PC labs across campus.

University of Reading Coding Club

We aim to provide training in coding skills in the near future. This will cover topics such as coding basics, languages and best practice to give anyone who is interested a good introduction to scientific computing. We anticipate to commence sessions in the autumn term 2019, watch this space!
