Python 3D

Python 3D is as course exploring the Visual Python library.

The course walks the user through the basic contents of programming in 3D space and leads on to create complex objects and animation which can interact with each other or the user.

The course uses the web portal provided by https://glowscript.org but the library can be added to any python application locally.

The course is hosted at the site rsehosting.reading.ac.uk/courses/py3d-basic which provides added functionality to demonstrate the examples.

Main objectives of course:

• Teaching the python language.
• Learning to program in the 3D space
• Learning how to create and modify 3D objects
