We recognise that resilience can look different for everyone, and we want this resource to be a genuine representation of what this means to the young autistic community.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"215\" data-end=\"375\">Through a short survey, we are exploring how autistic young people define resilience, what helps them manage challenges, and the strategies they find the most effective. The insights from this survey will guide the co-production of a new, tailored Resilience Rucksack.
